If people are searching for your product or service online then this strategy will work for you.
I’ve been generating leads online for the past 5 years and I’m very passionate about this type of lead generation so much that I flew to Miami Florida to take a refresher course on the strategy.
You can have your phone ringing within 24 hours by starting a Google AdWords Campaign. All you need is a gmail account to get it started. By using AdWords you can put your website at the top of searches your clients type to find the product or service that you’re offering. In my experience the time it takes to get a page on the top result in Google can take anywhere from 6 months to even YEARS depending on how competitive the term is.
Here’s why I love Google AdWords, you have control over:
-What your clients type to find you (example: if you’re a plumber you can narrow search results to “commercial plumbing” or “water heater repair”)
-Where your clients are located (example: you can narrow clicks from prospects within 10 miles of your zip code)
-What time you want your phone to ring (example: you can automate your campaign to activate ONLY between 9 and 5 Monday through Friday)
-How much you spend. You can adjust your setting to spend max 50 cents per click and up to 50 dollars a day.
In order for this to work you’ll need a website with a landing page specifically geared toward your target client. The more specific the more successful your campaign will be. You can create a campaign in 15-20 minutes and have your phone ringing in a couple hours if you know what you’re doing.
Google AdWords have worked for me and I know they can work for you as long as your run your campaign properly. Many people start campaigns and throw money away because they don’t implement basic tools available in their account.
Using the keyword planner is one of the most basic ways to build a quality list of negative keywords, saving you on wasted clicks from queries that are non related to your campaign. This is something you should be revisiting constantly as you learn what visitors type to find you.
